Aise documents web se hi edit karo; galti ho gayi to History → "Revert" se pichla version lao. Body me "•" ya "-" se shuru line bullet ban jaati hai. List neeche kheench kar refresh hoti hai; load na ho to "Retry".

Mobile: Team → Members → Documents → Manuals / Policies / Organogram → document tap karo. Sab log padh sakte hain, "History", "Print" aur "✓ Sign off — I have read this" kar sakte hain. Owner / admin ko "Edit" (Title, Body, "Change notes (optional)" → "Save") aur list ke upar "New …" bhi milta hai.
