Fee-OFF plan ke patient se consultation fee kabhi apne aap nahi maangi jaati — na registration par (register form par grey line: Rate plan "<naam>" has the Consultation Fee switched OFF.), na baad ke "Consultation fee due" popup / Billing ki patti par. Ye tabhi kaam karta hai jab patient registration par us "Rate Card Plan" ke saath bana ho. Tick dobara lagao to fee phir lagne lagti hai. Plan delete kar diya to us plan ke patients par fee phir lagti hai. Mobile: Setup → Settings → Billing → Rate Plans me plan card ka switch ("🧾 Consultation fee applies" / "🚫 Consultation fee OFF"), ya Consultation Fee screen ki plan chips.
Staff ya Insurance plan ke patients ki consultation fee kaise band kare?
Owner / admin: Setup → Settings → Billing → Rate Plans → us plan ke card par "🧾 Consultation fee ON" ka tick hatao — label "🚫 Consultation fee OFF" ho jaata hai, turant save. Yahi switch Setup → Settings → Billing → Consultation Fee ke "Rate card plans — kis plan pe fee lage?" me bhi hai. Naya plan banate waqt "🧾 Charge consultation fee (OPD) on this plan" ka tick hata do.
