Sirf request bhejne se kuch nahi khulta; screen "opens automatically" likhti hai par asal me approve hone ke baad page dobara kholna padta hai, tab form dikhega. Dobara dabane se doosri request nahi banti, wahi request update hoti hai. Mana ho gaya to "The last request was not approved — <note>. You can ask again." aata hai — phir se maang sakte ho. Taala rehte Paytm card bhi nahi dikhta. Mobile: same screen par "🔓 Request access".
Payment Gateways par "🔒 locked" likha hai, access kaise maange?
Owner / admin: Setup → Settings → Billing → Payment Gateways → "Why do you need it? (optional)" me wajah likho → "🔓 Request access". Screen par "⏳ Request sent — <time>" aata hai. ORALZY team approve kare tab page khulta hai — phir Razorpay / Cashfree / Pine Labs / Paytm ki details bhar sakte ho.
