Setup → Plan & Help → Packs & Credits (AI Usage & Credits, WhatsApp Balance & Packs) menu sirf owner / admin ko aata hai. Baaki staff ko Store ke add-on card par "Ask the clinic owner or admin to buy this." dikhta hai.
