Fees line tabhi aati hai jab "Fee per consult (₹)" 0 se zyada ho: "💰 Consultation fee: ₹X — pay before joining". Payment pehle chahiye to patient ko alag se payment link bhejo aur pay hone ke baad hi Join link do. Video consult chalu karna Treatment → Clinical → Consult & Voice → Telemedicine se hota hai.
Tele-Consult me Enabled aur Require prepayment switch asal me kya karte hain?
Setup → Settings → Auto Messages → Tele-Consult: "Require prepayment before joining" tick karne par invite message ki fees line me sirf "— pay before joining" jud jaata hai; patient ko bina pay kiye join karne se roka NAHI jaata. "✅ Enabled" switch off karne se bhi abhi TeleMed band nahi hota — appointment par TeleMed chalu karna aur link bhejna chalta rehta hai.
