Report sirf pehle se bane scores padhti hai (sabse upar ke 200 tak). Score kahin bana hi nahi to sab 0 aayega. Table me Phone column hai par usme hamesha "—" aata hai, kyunki phone number jaan-boojh kar is report me nahi bheja jaata. Patient-wise detail ke liye Insights → Clinic Health → Patients → Risk Scores page dekho. Report sab staff khol sakte hain. Mobile: "👥 Patients" → "Risk Scores".
Reports me "Risk Scores" ka high, medium, low kya hai?
Insights → Reports → All Reports → "Patient Intelligence" → "Risk Scores": upar tiles "Total Scored", "High Risk" (70 ya zyada), "Medium" (40 se 69), "Low" (40 se kam). Neeche "Top Risk Patients" table me sabse zyada score wale 50 patient naam aur score ke saath.
