Ye rok server par hai, menu chhupane se nahi — owner / admin ke alawa kisi role ko (doctor, receptionist, auditor bhi) paise ka data nahi milta. Staff ko poora board dikhana ho to owner Setup → Admin → Users & Policy → User Management me us user ka role admin kar sakta hai (admin ko bahut kuch aur bhi milta hai, soch kar karo) ya owner khud apne login se dekhe. Staff wali screen par bhi "Refresh" button hai. Agar aaj ki ginti bhi load na ho to "Couldn't load today's appointment counts." aata hai. Mobile app me bhi yahi niyam hai.
Performance Board me receptionist ko paise wale number kyun nahi dikhte?
Performance Board ke ₹ number (Production, Collected, A/R, saare KPIs) sirf owner aur admin login ko dikhte hain. Doctor, receptionist, assistant ko Insights → Reports → Performance kholne par sirf aaj ki appointment ginti dikhti hai: "Booked (not arrived)", "Waiting", "In chair", "Done", "Cancelled" — upar note: "Money figures (production, collections, A/R and KPIs) are shown only to the owner and admins."
