Baaki dikkaton ke liye ORALZY support se baat karo. Shared Folders ki dikkat ke liye "Shared Folders…" window khud batati hai ki kaunsa step atka hai.
ORALZY support mere PC par AnyDesk jaisa remote aa sakta hai kya?
ORALZY app me koi remote-control (AnyDesk jaisa "ORALZY Remote") tool abhi nahi hai. X-ray PC ki dikkat ke liye support bina remote ke bridge ko command bhej sakta hai (Trace, X-ray files dhoondo, purani files mangwao) — PC agli ping par (5 minute ke andar) chala leta hai. Khud dekhne ke liye Setup → Integrations → Imaging Bridge (ORALINK) → Bridge Doctor.
