Layout khulte waqt document ka apna rukh dikhata hai (jaise landscape bill khulte hi Landscape chuna dikhega) jab tak aap khud na badlo. "Colour" / "B&W" bhi wahin hai — Colour button kabhi band nahi hota, chuna aapka hai. "Paper tray" me printer ki trays aati hain (letterhead ek tray me, plain doosri me); "Printer decides (Auto)" default. Copies 1 se 99 tak. Settings har document type ke liye yaad rakhni ho to "Use these settings every time I print …" tick rakho.
Print window me landscape, A5 paper ya Margins kaise badle?
Print window me "Layout" → Portrait / Landscape. "More settings" kholo → "Paper size" (Auto (as designed) / A4 / A5 / Letter / Legal), "Margins" (Normal / Narrow / None), "Paper tray". Har badlaav par preview turant naya banta hai — jaisa dikhe waisa chhapega.
