"Adverse Events (30d)" tile Compliance Logs ya Incident Reports ke events nahi ginta — sirf checklist ka tick. Asli adverse / incident ginti Compliance Logs ke "Open Adverse Events" tile me ya Incident Reports me dekho. Hand hygiene % = sahi kiye moments ÷ kul observed moments (30 din). Dashboard tab me 6 mahine ka month-wise trend: Audits, Moments observed, Compliance % (80% se upar hara, 60–80 peela, neeche laal) aur Overall %. Ye page koi bhi staff login dekh / bhar sakta hai; auditor login sirf dekh sakta hai.

NABH → NABH → Patient Safety ke tiles: "Hand Hygiene Compliance (30d)" — target ≥80% (pura ho to hara); "Surgical Checklists (30d)" — complete / incomplete; "Avg SSC Completion" — 90% se upar hara; "Adverse Events (30d)" — sirf un surgical checklists ki ginti jinme "Adverse event occurred during procedure" tick hua.
