Typed rate line par "typed rate" aur "Why: …" ke saath dikhta hai; badalna ho to "Change typed rate", wapas rate card ka rate chahiye to "Use rate card again". Rate card me save wala tick sirf Owner / Accounts ko dikhta hai (baaki ko message: "Only the owner or accounts can change the rate card"). Rate ₹0 se zyada ho ("Type a rate more than ₹0") aur wajah likhi ho ("Write why this rate (e.g. agreed on phone)"). Hamesha ke liye theek: Clients → "Pricing & Contracts" me us product ka "Rate ₹" bharo → "Save rate card".
Lab bill me "rate missing" ya "No rate for this product" aaye to kya kare?
Us product ka rate rate card me nahi hai, isliye line ₹0 par hai. Draft bill kholo → laal line par "Type a rate" → "Rate ₹ per unit" + "Why this rate (e.g. agreed on phone)" (zaroori) → chaho to tick "Save ₹… in the rate card for "<material>"" → "Save rate". Phir "Finalize".
