Pay-link / WhatsApp ke UPI ke liye Setup → "Billing Settings" me "UPI ID (invoice pay-links go to this)" bharna zaroori — warna "Set your lab UPI ID in Billing Settings first". Dentist ka phone na ho to "Client has no phone number" (Clients → Dentist DB me phone bharo). Bill poora chuk gaya ho to pay-link par "Nothing due on this invoice". Dentist apne portal ke "Invoices" tab se bhi "Pay now" kar sakta hai. Mobile par print PDF ban kar share hota hai. Owner, Manager, Accounts.
Lab ka bill dentist ko WhatsApp, UPI link ya PDF me kaise bheje?
Books → "Invoicing" → final bill kholo → "WhatsApp" (dentist ke phone par bill number, amount aur 1-tap UPI pay link), "Pay-link" (UPI link copy karne ke liye) ya "Print / PDF" (draft par "Print draft"). Final, bina chukaye bill ke print par UPI QR bhi chhapta hai.
