Case kholte hi uske messages read ho jaate hain aur ginti hat jaati hai. "💬 Messages" me khatam / cancel hue case neeche "📁 Past cases (N)" me band rehte hain — purani chat delete nahi hoti. Clients → "Messaging" alag inbox nahi hai — wo "Open Case Inbox" par bhejta hai. List har 20 second me (aur naya message aate hi turant) taaza hoti hai.

Clinic ka message aate hi left rail me "Cases" par laal ginti, Case Inbox ke upar laal patti "💬 N new message(s) · in M case(s) — open the cases with a red border" aur us case card par laal border + "💬 N". Saari chats ek jagah: Cases → "💬 Messages" — WhatsApp jaisi list (patient · clinic, aakhri message, samay, hari unread ginti).
