"Remove" dentist ko list se hata deta hai (purane case / bill rehte hain) — ye sirf Owner kar sakta hai, baaki ko "Forbidden: DELETE restricted to owner/admin/super_admin". Rate / credit limit Clients → "Pricing & Contracts" me, portal link Clients → "Client Portal" me. Mobile: Clients → "Dentist DB".
