Ye report har patient ke liye ek hi "score" dhoondhti hai, jabki risk scores teen alag number (Churn, No-Show, Payment Default) me save hote hain — isliye report me koi score nahi milta aur sab Low dikhte hain. "Total Scored" sahi ginti batata hai. Patient ka asli churn / no-show / payment score, Last Visit, No-Shows wagaira ke liye Insights → Clinic Health → Patients → Risk Scores kholo (sirf owner / admin). Doctor Morning Brief ka "No-Show Risk" wala hissa bhi isi wajah se abhi nahi aata.
Reports wali Risk Scores report me sab Low aur Score khaali kyun?
Insights → Reports → Patient Intelligence → "Risk Scores" report abhi sahi score nahi padhti: "High Risk" aur "Medium" 0 aate hain, sab "Low" me gine jaate hain aur Score / Phone column khaali rehta hai. Asli list Insights → Clinic Health → Patients → Risk Scores me dekho.
