Sirf ek photo ho to wahi design ki mukhya photo banti hai. Notes me apne aap "Mobile B/A · <date>" likha jaata hai — patient ko link bhejne se pehle Notes badal do kyunki wo patient ko dikhta hai. Mobile: patient → More → "Smile" → "QUICK BEFORE / AFTER" card: "Before" aur "After" tile par tap → "Camera" ya "Gallery" (galat ho to "Clear") → "Save to gallery". "Saved — Before/After photos saved." aata hai aur ye patient ka naya Smile Design ban jaata hai.
