Link expire ho jaye to patient ko "This portal link has expired. Please ask the clinic for a new one." dikhta hai — box kholo, active link nahi milega, "Generate Portal Link" se naya banao aur bhejo. Purana link jaldi band karna ho to "🚫 Revoke". Mobile se banaye link par bhi yahi validity lagti hai aur message me "Valid till <date>" hota hai.
Patient portal link kitne din chalta hai, validity kaise badle?
Default 90 din. Setup → Settings → Auto Messages → Patient Portal me "Token validity (days)" 7 se 365 din tak set kar sakte ho. Ye sirf NAYE link par lagta hai — pehle bheja link apni purani expiry tak hi chalega. Expiry chart → ⋯ → "🔗 Share Patient Portal" box me "Expires <date>" me dikhti hai.
