Order source khud (Written / Verbal) baad me edit se nahi badalta — pehli baar sahi chuno. Isi section me "Pain score" (VAS 0–10) slider hai, "Clear" se hatao. Pehli baar save hote hi NABH ka verbal-order register row apne aap banata hai (agar NABH → NABH → Workflow Rules → SOP Rules me wo rule band na ho). Dhyan: baad me edit se kiya countersign Rx me darj hota hai, par register ki wo row apne aap update nahi hoti — wahan countersign "pending" hi dikhega, use NABH → NABH → NABH Hub → NABH Registers me alag se poora karo.
