Parcha A5 ka hai: clinic header + patient QR, Patient / UHID / Date, C/C aur Dx, Medicines table (Drug, Dose, Duration, Notes), Advice, Follow-up / अगली विज़िट aur doctor ka sign. Rx print par Plain / Letterhead nahi poocha jaata — clinic header hamesha chhapta hai. Browser me "Pop-up blocked" aaye to site ke pop-ups allow karo. Mobile: More → "Rx" → row par "Print", ya upar 🖨 → "Latest Rx".

Rx editor me "Print" aur "Generate PDF" tab tak band (grey) rehte hain jab tak Rx save na ho ("Save the prescription first"). "Save parcha" dabate hi editor band ho jaata hai — phir Sections → "Rx" pill me us parche par "🖨 Print" dabao. PDF chahiye to print dialog me "Save as PDF" chuno.
