Voice aur Notes clinical note hain — doctor / admin / owner hi save kar sakte hain; dusre role ko save par error aata hai. "AI" button "AI Treatment Plan" screen kholta hai (patient pehle se chuna hota hai): complaint likho, "Camera" / "Gallery" ya profile ki purani photo / X-ray chuno, "🔮 Analyze with AI", phir tick "I have examined the patient and checked this AI plan myself." karke "Save as Plan" ya "Send WA". Web par yahi chart ke ⋯ → "AI Plan from Photo" hai. Neeche ka + har tab ka apna kaam karta hai: Visits = visit book, Clinical = naya plan, Rx = prescription, Bills = payment, Chart = chart entry, Notes = note, Docs = upload, Feedback = feedback, Lab Work = naya lab order; Forms par batata hai ki consent "Mark Done" par khud banta hai. Profile aur Plan tab par + nahi hota. Tabs ke beech left / right swipe bhi chalta hai; screen ko neeche kheench kar refresh. Overview aur Family Card More sheet me nahi dikhte — swipe se, ya family linked ho to naam ke neeche 👨👩👧 chip / Profile → "Open Family Tab".
