Number na ho to "No phone — Patient mobile number is missing — add it from Edit profile."; patient deceased mark ho to "Patient is deceased". Consent form mobile sheet se nahi jaata (web me Forms → "Consent Forms" ki row). Server wahi hai jo web ka, isliye wajah bhi wahi aati hai (opt-out, balance, data missing).
