Web ke Today → Calendar → Online Bookings → Wait List ke '— Select patient —' dropdown me sirf sabse naye 500 registered patients aate hain, aur usme type karke search nahi hota. Purana patient na mile to mobile app ki Wait List screen se add karo (wahan naam / phone se search hota hai), ya web par '…or walk-in name (no chart yet)' aur 'Walk-in phone' bhar kar "+ Add".
