Ye ek alag claim register hai: yahan claim banane se bill nahi banta, patient ka due ya Scheme A/c nahi badalta, aur ye claims patient chart ya reports me nahi dikhte — RGHS / CGHS ke asli bill aur reimbursement Billing → Insurance & RGHS → Scheme A/c me hote hain. Bill kis rate par bane, wo is page se nahi balki Setup → Settings → Clinical → Treatment Types se aata hai. Ye 'Govt Schemes & Insurance' add-on ka hissa hai — menu me na dikhe to Setup → Plan & Help → Store se le sakte hain.

Billing → Insurance & RGHS → Govt Schemes → Govt Schemes & RGHS kholo — Insurance page ka '🏛️ Govt Schemes' tab khulta hai (heading '🏛️ Government Schemes'). Isme do button hain: 'Claims' = PMJAY / CGHS / RGHS / ECHS / ESI claim ka register (draft se paid tak) aur 'Schemes' = clinic ki scheme list. Menu ka 'India Compliance' bhi yahi tab kholta hai.
