Teen alag taale ho sakte hain: (1) clinic ke liye RGHS switch (sirf ORALZY support), (2) plan me add-on — Ye 'Govt Schemes & Insurance' add-on ka hissa hai — menu me na dikhe ya 'Upgrade required' aaye to Setup → Plan & Help → Store se le sakte hain. (3) Setup → Settings → Clinic → Modules me "RGHS & Govt Schemes" module band ho to RGHS Number Capture / RGHS Claim Tracking menu se chhup jaate hain. Claim Photos in tino se alag hai — wo chart me har clinic ko dikhta hai.
RGHS Number Capture ya Tracking par "not enabled for this clinic" kyu likha hai?
RGHS ke tools (Number Capture, Claim Tracking, OPD printout) clinic ke liye ORALZY support chalu karta hai. Band ho to Number Capture par "RGHS is not enabled for this clinic yet. Ask the super-admin to turn it on." aur Tracking par "This feature is not on for this clinic (super-admin toggle)." aata hai, aur chart ke Print menu me "🩺 RGHS OPD printout" dikhta hi nahi. ORALZY support se chalu karwao.
