Header me "N note(s) · ₹X" saare dikh rahe notes ka jod hai — cancelled bhi isme judte hain, isliye chalu credit notes ka jod chahiye to "Issued" chip lagao. "Applied" chip abhi kabhi kuch nahi dikhata (app me aisa koi status nahi banta) — "Issued" hi chalu credit note hai. Kuch na mile to "No credit notes" aur "Adjust filters above" aata hai — search khaali karo aur "All" chuno. Ye screen sirf dekhne aur owner / admin ke liye "Void CN" ke liye hai; naya credit note patient → Bills tab → "Credit" se ya web se banta hai.
Mobile app me credit note kaise dhoondhe, search aur filter kaha hai?
Mobile: Billing → Bills → Credit Notes (ya Billing screen ka "🧾 Credit Notes" tile) → upar search box "Search by CN #, bill #, patient…" me CN number, bill number, patient ka naam ya phone likho. Neeche chips: "All", "Issued", "Applied", "Cancelled". Kisi credit note par tap karo to Patient, UHID, Phone, Status, Reason, Line Items aur "Total Credited" dikhte hain.
