Register "Patient Referral" (AAC.3) me referral ki apni row event se aati hai (patient, direction, specialty, referred to, reason, status) — jisne banaya wahi sign; us row par baad me "What came back from the specialist" (outcome) bharna hota hai. Alag se roz 17:00 receptionist ke naam "Daily referral check" row: app me us din referral hai to row khud 'yes' + "What the records say" me naam, referral banane wale ke naam se sign — kuch dobara nahi likhna; nahi hai to tap (Mera Kaam me nahi — desk / popup / No Event Today / 1 Click). Din 'no' sign hone ke baad referral bane to row par amendment ('no' → 'yes' record ke saath), signature nahi badalti. Haath se 'yes' likho (app ke bahar referral) to patient / direction / reason / status / outcome poochhe jaate hain. Emergency intake me "Referred out" tick = ek referral per intake.

Teen darwaze, ek record: Clinical Hub → Referrals; patient chart ka ⋯ menu → "↗️ Refer to specialist" (phone: patient → + → "↗️ Refer to Specialist"); ya emergency intake me "Referred out" tick. Kahin se bhi banao — Patient Referral register ki row khud banti hai aur roz ki "any referral today?" row bhi 'yes' ho jaati hai. Kahin referral nahi hua to tap "Aaj koi patient refer nahi hua ✓".
