Abhi patient chart me ABHA card nahi dikhta, isliye ye button bhi nahi milega. Tab tak patient se purani reports ki photo / PDF lekar chart ke Docs me upload karo.
ABHA se patient ki bahar bani purani reports mangwa sakte hain kya?
Abhi nahi. "Records from other hospitals (ABDM)" — patient ki sahmati (consent) se doosre hospital / lab ke prescription, report, OP consultation, discharge summary jaise records mangwana — app me ban chuka hai par band hai. ORALZY ki NHA approval aur ABDM connection chalu hone ke baad hi ye patient chart ke ABHA card se khulega.
