Type dropdown default 'aligners' hota hai, braces ke liye fixed_metal / fixed_ceramic chuno. Ye sirf clinical record hai: Est cost se koi bill nahi banta, fees ke liye treatment ya package alag se karo. Aligner type ke case Aligner Cases page par bhi dikhte hain. Mobile Clinical Suite ke Ortho pill me bhi "Create Case" hai, par wahan type chunne ka option nahi — case hamesha aligners type ka banta hai. Koi bhi clinic login (Auditor / Staff Login chhod kar) case bana sakta hai.

Treatment → Clinical → Specialty → Orthodontics → patient chuno → "New Ortho Case" card me type chuno (aligners / fixed_metal / fixed_ceramic / lingual / retention), "Brand (Invisalign, 3M…)", "Total trays", "Est cost ₹", "Chief complaint" bharo → "Create". Case list me "planning" status ke saath aa jata hai.
