Har step pehle "pending" par hota hai; laal * wala step zaroori (Req) hai. "Record" us treatment ka ACTIVE protocol kholta hai (form me "Using protocol:" naam dikhta hai) — agar us treatment ka koi active protocol nahi to "No active protocol for this treatment — define one first." aata hai. Save hote hi score banta hai aur record "✅ Compliance Records" me aa jaata hai. Save ke baad record edit ya delete karne ka button nahi hai. Mobile par record nahi hota ("Record on desktop").
