Result list me sirf title, authors (pehle 5), journal, date, DOI aur PMID aata hai, abstract preview nahi. Abstract aur free full text (agar free ho) PubMed page par title ke click se milega. Kai papers paid hote hain: journal ki site par subscription maang sakti hai, ye app ki limit nahi. Kisi paper ko patient ke record me jodne ka ya save / bookmark karne ka button nahi hai; zaroorat ho to PMID ya DOI copy karke note me likh lo.

Har result ke neeche "PMID: <number>" PubMed ka record number hai, aur "DOI: …" paper ka permanent link hai. Title par click = PubMed page khulta hai; DOI par click = journal ki website par paper khulta hai. App khud abstract ya full text nahi dikhata.
