Patient ne kya badlav maanga (reason) aur link kitni baar khola — ye dono record me save hote hain par abhi app me kahin dikhte nahi; jaanna ho to patient ko phone karke poochho. Clinic me hi approval lena ho to "✍ Approve+Sign".

Patient Care → Patients → Patient List → patient → ⋯ More → "Smile" → "📁 Past designs": har design par status likha hota hai — approved = patient ne link par sign kiya, declined = patient ne "I'd like to discuss changes" bheja, shared = link gaya par jawab nahi aaya. Mobile Smile Design screen par status rangeen badge me dikhta hai.
