Dono jagah (dialog ki list aur Clinical Suite) har referral ke saamne status dropdown hai; "sent", "accepted" / "declined" aur "completed" chunne par uska time app khud likhta hai. Referral edit ya delete karne ka button app me nahi hai — galti se bana ho to status "lost" karke sahi referral naya banao. NABH register "NABH Compliance" add-on ka hissa hai — menu me na dikhe ya "Upgrade required" aaye to Setup → Plan & Help → Store se le sakte hain; referral khud bina add-on ke banta hai.

Do jagah: (1) usi patient ke chart me ⋯ (More actions) → "↗️ Refer to specialist" kholo — neeche "This patient's referrals (N)"; (2) clinic ke saare specialist referrals: Treatment → Clinical → Specialty → Clinical Suite → "Referrals" tab (wahan bhi "Print letter" aur status). NABH register ki row: NABH → NABH → NABH Hub → NABH Registers → Patient Referral.
