Billing → Bills → Negotiation (AI) sirf un purane "Estimate" records ko dikhata hai jinka status Sent ho — aaj app me aisa estimate banane ka koi button nahi hai, isliye page aksar "No estimates with status=sent" dikhata hai. Proforma (PRO-) aur treatment plan wale estimate yahan nahi aate. Patient ko kam karna ho to bill / plan me discount do, ya EMI & Autopay se kisht banao.
