Bill number kaise banta hai aur uska prefix kaise badle?
Final bill ka number is roop me banta hai: <Short code>/<financial year>/B/00001, jaise ABC/26-27/B/00012 — B = invoice, P = proforma, C = credit note. Prefix clinic ka "Short code" hota hai (Setup → Settings → Clinic → Clinic Profile), capital letters me. Har financial year (1 April) par ginti 1 se shuru hoti hai.

Setup → Settings → Billing → Bill Settings (GST, UPI, bank) ke "Invoice prefix" aur "Receipt prefix" box abhi bill / receipt number par koi asar nahi daalte — wo sirf save hote hain. Bill number badalna ho to Clinic Profile ka "Short code" badlo; naya prefix agle final bill se lagega, purane bill ka number nahi badalta. Short code khaali ho to prefix "CLIN" aata hai. Final hone se pehle bill par INV-00012 jaisa number dikhta hai. Har branch ki ginti alag chalti hai.
