"Bill / Collect", "₹ Bill / Collect payment", sidebar ka "Collect" aur Outstanding tile ek hi drawer ko "Collect payment" mode me kholte hain; ⋯ → "New bill" usi drawer ko bill mode me kholta hai (par koi Done treatment bill ke liye baaki na ho aur bakaya ho to wo bhi "Collect payment" me khulta hai). Drawer ke upar "New bill" / "Collect payment" button se mode badal sakte ho. Payment ki history Sections → "Visits" me har visit card ke "Payments Received" table me hai. Kaun kya kar sakta hai: bill banana aur paisa lena clinic ka koi bhi staff login (receptionist bhi) kar sakta hai; receipt void sirf owner/admin; security deposit wapsi owner/admin/doctor. Owner ne Setup → Admin → Users & Policy → Action Guard me in kaamon par PIN lagaya ho to "Enter your PIN" aata hai. Mobile app: patient kholo → "Bills" tab ("+ Bill", "+ Payment", "📊 Statement"), ya upar card ka "Due" tile tap karo. Packages card aur Security deposit card mobile patient screen me nahi hain — web chart ke Money section me hain.
Patient chart me bill aur payment ke button kahan hain?
Patient Care → Patients → Patient List se patient kholo. Paise ke darwaze: upar "Bill / Collect" button; ⋯ (More actions) → "New bill"; left sidebar ka Outstanding box ("Collect", "Remind", "Ledger" / "View ledger"); upar strip ka "💸 Outstanding" tile (bakaya ho to click = collect); aur sidebar Sections → "Money" — jahan "₹ Bill / Collect payment", "🧾 Print bills — choose…", Packages card, 🔒 Security deposit aur Patient Ledger ek saath hain.
