Clinic ne Bill Settings me "Chase dues only from" rakha ho to us date se purane bills ka bakaya reminder me nahi ginta; sirf purana bakaya ho to "Nothing to ask this patient for…" aata hai aur message nahi jaata. Phone na ho, patient ne opt-out kiya ho ya clinic ki messaging band ho to bhi "❌ Not sent" ke saath wajah likhi aati hai. Paisa mil gaya ho to ⋯ (More actions) → Send via WhatsApp → "Payment Received" (shukriya message) ya "Patient Summary" (billed, paid, outstanding) bhejo. In messages me treatment ya tooth number nahi jaata. Ye ek baar ka manual message hai — automatic reminder sequence Billing → Pending Payments → Reminders (Dunning) me alag hai.
Patient ko bakaya ka reminder chart se kaise bheje?
Patient chart → left sidebar Outstanding box → "Remind" (button sirf tab dikhta hai jab bakaya ho). Patient ko bakaya ka message jaata hai (WhatsApp par: "⚠️ Balance Due: ₹X (since …)" … "You can pay at the clinic whenever convenient."). Screen par "✓ Payment reminder sent (channel)" ya "❌ Not sent — <wajah>" aata hai. Yahi ⋯ (More actions) → "WhatsApp patient" → "Payment due reminder" se bhi bhej sakte ho.
