Credit note bill ka amount ghatata hai; bill par pehle aaya paisa agar bill ki nayi rakam se zyada ho jaye to wo zyada hissa patient ke khate me jama (advance) dikhne lagta hai. Day End ki "Refund (cash out)" entry sirf drawer ka "Expected Cash" ghatati hai — patient ke khate ko nahi chhooti. Jo paisa aapne lauta diya, use patient ke khate se hatane ka button abhi nahi hai — wo jama dikhta rahega; is hisaab ko theek karwane ke liye ORALZY support se baat karo. UPI/bank se aaya paisa clinic apne UPI ya bank app se lautata hai — app se gateway refund nahi jaata. Credit note sirf owner/admin bana sakte hain (owner ne Action Guard me "Issue credit note" chuna ho to PIN). Security deposit lautana: Patient chart → Sections → Money → 🔒 Security deposit → "↩ Return deposit" (owner/admin/doctor). Mobile app me refund ka koi button nahi; Bills tab ka "Credit" bhi sirf credit note banata hai, bhale message me "refund recorded" likha aaye.
Patient ko paisa wapas (refund) kaise kare?
Normal payment ka alag "Refund" button app me abhi nahi hai — sirf 🔒 Security deposit card me "↩ Return deposit" hai. Paisa sach me aaya tha aur lautana hai to: owner/admin us bill par Credit Note banaye (Billing → Bills me bill row ka "Credit Note", ya Credit Notes → "+ Issue Credit Note"), paisa patient ko lautao, aur cash diya ho to Billing → Day End → "+ Add Entry" → "Refund (cash out)" darj karo. Entry hi galat thi to refund nahi — receipt "🗑 Void" karo.
