Draft bill ho to pehle Finalize karo (ya credit note ki jagah seedha Edit). Bill par pehle hi poora credit note ho chuka ho (status "Credited") to naya nahi banega. Credit Notes page par patient chunne ke baad "No finalized bills found for this patient. CN can only be issued against a finalized / partial-paid / paid bill." aaye to us patient ka koi pakka bill nahi hai. Mobile par bhi "Credit" / receipt icon sirf owner / admin ko dikhta hai. Kisi ka role badalna ho to Setup → Admin → Users & Policy → User Management.
Credit note ka button kyu nahi dikh raha?
Credit note sirf owner / admin login se banta hai — doctor, receptionist ya baaki staff ko "+ Issue Credit Note" aur bill row ka "Credit Note" dikhta hi nahi, aur zabardasti karne par "Only the clinic owner or admin can issue a credit note." aata hai. Bill bhi Finalized / Partial Paid / Paid hona chahiye — Draft, Cancelled ya poore credit wale ("Credited") bill par option nahi aata.
