Dunning on hone par roz subah due wale patients ko yaad-dihani jaati hai (ek patient ko 3 din me ek se zyada nahi) aur Day 0 / 7 / 15 / 30 / 45 ki seedhi chalti hai; "Auto-start dunning when a bill is 30 days old" alag option hai. Pending treatment plan ke patients ke liye EMI offer + UPI pay-link wala follow-up Setup → Settings → Auto Messages → Patient Messages (on/off) me hai. Bill ka PDF WhatsApp par Mark Done wale bill ke saath apne aap nahi jaata — patient ko bhejna ho to bill se WhatsApp karo. Har WhatsApp message clinic ke wallet se katta hai.
Billing automation me kya kya automatic hota hai?
Apne aap: treatment Mark Done par final bill; recurring / EMI charges ka bill roz raat; registration / OPD fee aur imaging capture ka bill (settings ke hisaab se). Baaki ka reminder (dunning) default BAND hai — Setup → Settings → Billing → Bill Settings (GST, UPI, bank) → "🔔 Dunning Sequences" me "Enable Dunning Sequences" on karo.
