Aam wajah: (1) kal ka bill aaj pay hua — aaj Collected me aayega, aaj Billed me nahi. (2) Advance liya, bill baad me banega — Collected me hai, Billed me nahi. (3) Credit note / refund — Mission Control Billed se credit note nahi ghataata, kuch reports net dikhati hain. (4) Draft aur quotation Mission Control me nahi gine jaate. (5) "Outstanding" aaj tak ka poora bakaya hai, us din ka nahi. (6) Overview tab ka vasooli % poore mahine ka hai, Money tab ka sirf aaj ka. Pakka milaan Insights → Reports → Money → Day Book ya Billing → Day End se karo.
Mission Control ka Collected ya Billed number Reports se alag kyun dikhta hai?
Mission Control sirf AAJ (clinic ka IST din) dikhata hai: Billed = aaj ki date ke final bills, Collected = aaj aaye payments (refund aur security deposit chhodkar). Report me date range, bill-date vs payment-date ya credit note ghataane ka fark ho to number alag aayega. Same din aur same type (billing vs vasooli) compare karo.
