Overview ke Receivables, 90+ Overdue, VIP / Loyal aur 30-Day Forecast tile kya batate hain?
Overview → "KPIs & business intelligence" ki doosri line: "Receivables" = patients par kul baaki (+ kitne patients; click → Billing → Pending Payments), "90+ Overdue" = 90 din se purana baaki (chase priority), "VIP / Loyal" = sabse keemti patients ki ginti, "30-Day Forecast" = agle 30 din me andaazan aane wala paisa (projected inflow).
