Insights → Clinic Health → Patients → Risk Scores → upar dahine "Recompute All" → popup "Recompute risk scores for ALL patients? Can take 30s+ on large DBs." → OK. Button "Computing…" dikhata hai, phir "Done! Computed: X/Y, Failed: Z" aata hai aur list bhar jaati hai.
