"Outcome Stats" tab treatment ke baad ke follow-up records se banta hai. Jab tak kisi treatment ka outcome (success / partial / complication / failure) record nahi hota, "No outcome data yet." aata hai. Outcome Treatment → Clinical → Quality → Treatment Outcomes me record karo; phir yahan treatment-wise SUCCESS % dikhega.
