Platform wali (sab clinics ki) entries aap edit nahi kar sakte — try karne par "This is a platform-wide clinical entry. Add a clinic-specific entry instead." aata hai; uski jagah apni nayi entry banao. Doosre staff ke "Save" par "Only the clinic owner or admin can add knowledge entries." aata hai. entryId pehle se ho to "An entry with that entryId already exists — pick another id." Photo ke liye "+ Add image" me sirf public web link (http/https) chalta hai. Apni clinic ki entry ✏️ se badal sakte ho (owner / admin); hatani ho to Edit me "Active" ka tick hata kar "Save" — delete ka alag button nahi hai. Upar filter se specialty (Endodontics, Periodontics, Orthodontics…) chun kar ya search box se entries dhundh sakte ho.
Apni clinic ka protocol Veeransh ko kaise sikhaye (Dental Knowledge)?
Owner / admin: Setup → Plan & Help → AI Training → "Dental Knowledge" → "Add Entry" → entryId (jaise ENDO-042), specialty, topic, content (poori clinical baat), keywords → "Save". Ye entry sirf aapki clinic ke Veeransh jawab me aati hai.
