ORALZY is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) dental practice management platform used by dental clinics across India. SMS communications under the ORALZY header are sent only to patients of clinics that subscribe to ORALZY, in connection with the patient's existing relationship with the treating clinic.
ORALZY operates as the technology provider; the message originator is the treating clinic that holds the patient's primary consent through the patient registration process.
All SMS templates registered under the ORALZY header are of the type Service-Implicit, sent in direct response to or as a continuation of an action initiated by the patient (booking, payment, registration, etc.).

All templates are content-fixed and registered with VILPOWER; the only variable portions are the patient name, clinic name, date / time, reference number, amount, OTP code, and callback number, in line with the variable-tag schema published at vilpower.in ({#alphanumeric#}, {#numeric#}, {#cbn#}, {#url#}, {#email#}).
SMS to a patient under the ORALZY header is initiated only after one of the following implicit-consent triggers:
Consent is captured by the treating clinic at the point of patient registration through a printed or digital consent form, with a timestamped audit record retained in the patient's electronic medical record within ORALZY.
Patients may also email [email protected] with the subject line "SMS Opt-Out" and the registered mobile number to request immediate removal.
ORALZY currently does not send promotional or marketing SMS under the ORALZY header. Any future promotional SMS will be sent only after:
